Beginning December 1, 2012, Zantek customers will experience a new, more streamlined help desk system.

In the new system, customers can log-in to the Zantek Web Help Desk to schedule services or get technical support. It allows you to create, track, and update tickets in real time. Through an easy-to-use Notes feature, you can quickly share information and files and communicate directly with a Zantek Technical Services Specialist. Invoicing is also enhanced since customers can cross-reference each item with a detailed ticket.

The new system received excellent feedback during the testing phase. Darryl Heppner, Manager of Technical Services noted, “Customers are very happy that the system generates an email that they can later refer to if a similar technical problem occurs. Plus they can login anytime to view their ticket status and add notes and screenshots.”

Each customer will receive unique login details for the Zantek Web Help Desk before November 30, 2012. Telephone support services are also available by calling 204-975-5140 (option 2).
