Over the last few months, we’ve been working on a project to implement a new remote management application and integrated help desk management system. We’re happy to report that it’s ready. So what does this mean for our clients?

The remote management application enables us to proactively manage networks, perform maintenance tasks more efficiently, and alert support technicians to emerging issues before they result in serious problems, like costly down time.

The new help desk management system seamlessly communicates with the remote management application and automatically creates detailed service tickets. The support tickets, which include time stamping for documenting resolution steps, are then passed to the Zantek support team for investigation and remediation.

The bottom-line result is better, more efficient service and easy-to-read reports that clearly show our service performance and the health status of your network.
